Shipping & Delivery Policy
For your convenience most products have multiple choices for shipping. The Gift Fulfillment Center reserves the right to choose the appropriate carrier for the products ordered. Orders are processed during business hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. No order processing on weekends or Holidays. Air and Overnight shipping options ONLY apply from the point of order processing, please plan accordingly.
If your order is being shipped UPS or USPS Priority, please be aware that all Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated delivery date - the delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Be aware that incorrect or incomplete shipping information may lead to problems in delivery or no delivery at all. Please check that all shipping information is correct before placing the order.
Orders placed from the end of October through December may not get same or next business day processing. Please call if there is a question.
Gift Card Usage
Megaplex Gift Cards, MegaMugs and any gift packages containing food items are non-returnable (unless defective).
Megaplex gift cards are good at all Megaplex theatre locations and can be used to purchase movie tickets, concessions and/or food court items.
MegaMugs are good for refill at all Megaplex Theatre locations for the life of the mug at the posted refill price of the theatre.
Megaplex Gift Cards can be redeemed at any participating restaurant or Megaplex Theatre food and concessions stand locations. Participating restaurants may be subject to change. For a complete list of participating restaurants or food locations, click (here).
Gift cards may be used online at www.megaplextheatres.com or at any Megaplex Ticket Kiosk for the purchase of movie tickets.

How can I purchase a Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
Megaplex Gift Cards in small quantities can be purchased at any Megaplex Theatre location’s Box Office, bulk or larger than 20 cards should be purchased online at www.megaplextheatres.com/Store, or by contacting our Gift Fulfillment Center during regular business hours.
Where can I purchase a Megaplex Theatres gift package?
You can purchase the Single Mug Package and the Double Mug Package at any Megaplex Theatre locations’ Box Office. All other gift packages are available exclusively through The Gift Fulfillment Center either online at www.megaplextheatres.com/Store or by visiting The Gift Fulfillment Center during regular business hours. Monday through Friday 10:30 am to 5 pm 9295 South State Street, Sandy, UT 84070. Store is located in the north IMAX wing of Jordan Commons.
What can I buy with my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
You can use your Megaplex Gift Card to purchase movie tickets and concessions and food court items at any Megaplex Theatres location.
Where can I use my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
You can use your gift card at any of the Megaplex Theatres locations in Utah and Mesquite, Nevada and at participating partner restaurants.
Can I purchase tickets online using my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
Yes. To purchase tickets online using your gift card, visit www.MegaplexTheatres.com and choose the theatre you will be going to, the movie you would like, and the seats you would like. Next you will be asked to choose the card type you will be using to complete your purchase. Select the MegaCard gift card button and proceed.
How do I check the balance on my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
You can check the balance on your card by taking it to any Megaplex Theatres location or online by visiting our website and selecting the MegaCard tab and follow these steps:
- Choose ‘Check Gift Card Balance’ next to the image of the MegaCard.
- Enter your gift card number and email address or PIN number. Pin number is located under the metallic scratch strip to the right of the gift card number. Gently scratch off or peel off the sticker to reveal pin number.
- Click ‘Check Balance’. For cards with a PIN number the balance will show on the website. Older cards with no pin number require the balance be emailed to you at the email address you enter. If you do not receive it check your spam or junk box.
Can I use my gift card at one of the Megaplex Theatres ticketing kiosks?
Yes. You can use your gift card to purchase tickets and concessions items at any kiosk (inside or outside the theatre) at any Megaplex Theatres location. Just use your gift card the same way you would use a credit card.
Will my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card ever expire?
No, however, to deal with lost cards, a $2.00 per month dormant account fee will be deducted from the account balance after 13 months of non-use. You can reset that 13 month clock and restore any fees deducted at any time simply by checking the balance ONLINE at the MegaCard page.
What if I lose my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card or it gets stolen?
Megaplex Theatres is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Can I return my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
No, Megaplex Theatres Gift Cards are non-returnable and not redeemable for cash.
Can I use my MegaRewards loyalty card on purchases of gift cards or gift items?
No. You can only accrue loyalty points on ticket or concessions/food item purchases online or in the theatres.
