For your convenience and to ensure tracking capability, all regular US Postal Service shipping options will be sent via Certified Mail, which provides proof of mailing at the time of mailing and the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery. The US Postal Service Express option provides a money-back guaranteed overnight to two-day delivery and insurance up to $100. Sunday and Holiday deliveries are not guaranteed through our website.
If your order is being shipped UPS, please be aware that all Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated delivery date - the delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Be aware that incorrect or incomplete shipping information may lead to problems in delivery or no delivery at all. Please check that all shipping information is correct before placing the order.
Megaplex Online Fulfillment does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Unless an overnight or a 2-day order, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped, or ready to be picked up.
Gift Usage
Megaplex gift cards, including the MegaPass and MegaCards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
Megaplex gift cards are good at all Megaplex theatre locations and can be used to purchase movie tickets and/or food court or concessions items.

Gift cards may be used at any Megaplex Ticket Kiosk for the purchase of movie tickets or concessions.

How can I purchase a Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
You can purchase a Megaplex Gift Card and Megapass Dinner and a Movie cards at any Megaplex Theatre location, online at www.MegaplexTheatres.com, or by contacting our Gift Fulfillment Center.
Where can I purchase a Megaplex Theatres gift package?
You can purchase the Single Mug Package and the Double Mug Package at any Megaplex Theatre Guest Service Desks. All other gift packages are available exclusively online at www.megaplextheatres.com/store or for pickup at the Gift Fulfillment Center, 9335 South State Street, Sandy, UT 84070. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5pm.
What can I buy with my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
You can use your Megaplex Gift Card to purchase movie tickets and concessions and food court items at any Megaplex Theatres location. The Megaplex Theatres MegaPass Dinner Card can be used at any participating restaurant near Megaplex Theatres locations.

Can I purchase tickets online using my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
Yes. To purchase tickets online using your gift card, visit www.MegaplexTheatres.com and choose the theatre you will be going to, the movie you would like, and the seats you would like. Next you will be asked to choose the card type you will be using to complete your purchase. Select the MegaCard gift card button and proceed.
How do I check the balance on my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
Yes. You can check the balance on your card by taking it to any Megaplex Theatres location or by going online to the Gift Card Center and follow these steps:
- Choose from the first of the three options provided: ‘Check Gift Card Balance’.
- Enter gift card number and email address or PIN number.
- Click ‘Continue to Next Step’.
Can I use my gift card at one of the Megaplex Theatres ticketing kiosks?
Yes. You can use your gift card to purchase tickets and concessions items at any kiosk (inside or outside the theatre) at any Megaplex Theatres location. Just use your gift card the same way you would use a credit card.
Will my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card ever expire?
No, however, to cover administrative costs, a $2.00 per month dormant account fee will be deducted from the account balance after 13 months of non-use. You can reset that 13 month clock at any time simply by checking the balance on your gift card at the Gift Card Center.
What if I lose my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card or it gets stolen?
Megaplex Theatres is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Can I return my Megaplex Theatres Gift Card?
No, Megaplex Theatres Gift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
Can I accrue loyalty points on purchases of gift cards or gift items?
No. You can only accrue loyalty points on ticket or concessions/food item purchases online or in the theatres.
How can I check my points on my MegaRewards loyalty card?
You can check your points online by going to the following page: MegaRewards. You can also read up on the MegaRewards Program rules and register your card.
Why would I want to register my MegaRewards loyalty card?
Registering your card is important so that we are better able to help you if you lose your card, need to replace a card, or have multiple cards and want to combine them onto the same account. You will also receive 10 points when you register your card online.
