Gift cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
Megaplex Theatres are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
For your convenience and to ensure tracking capability, all regular US Postal Service shipping options will be sent via Certified Mail, which provides proof of mailing at the time of mailing and the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery. The US Postal Service Express option provides a money-back guaranteed overnight to two-day delivery and insurance up to $100. Sunday and Holiday deliveries are not guaranteed through our website.
If your order is being shipped UPS, please be aware that all Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated delivery date - the delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Be aware that incorrect or incomplete shipping information may lead to problems in delivery or no delivery at all. Please check that all shipping information is correct before placing the order.
Megaplex Online Fulfillment does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Unless an overnight or a 2-day order, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped, or ready to be picked up.
Gift Usage
Megaplex gift cards, including the MegaPass and MegaCards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
Megaplex gift cards are good at all Megaplex theatre locations and can be used to purchase movie tickets and/or food court or concessions items.
MegaPass can be redeemed at any participating restaurant or Megaplex Theatre food and concessions stand locations. Participating restaurants may be subject to change. For a complete list of participating restaurants or food locations, click (here).
Gift cards may be used at any Megaplex Ticket Kiosk for the purchase of movie tickets or concessions.

Gift Card FAQ
What is a gift card?
A gift card is a credit card-shaped card that can have monetary value added to it and then used like a debit card at all Megaplex Theatres. The gift card easily fits in a pocket, wallet or purse. Because the gift card is plastic, there is no concern of it tearing or getting wet.
How do I purchase Megaplex Gift Cards?
Megaplex Gift Cards can be purchased at all Megaplex Theatre Locations or online at www.megaplextheatres.com.
What can I purchase with my Megaplex Gift Cards?
The gift card can be used to purchase movie tickets, concessions or food court items at any of our Megaplex Theatre Locations. The Megaplex Theatres MegaPass dinner card can be used at any participating restaurants near Megaplex Theatre Locations. To learn more about our MegaPass dinner and a movie package, click here.
Which Megaplex Theatres accept Megaplex Gift Cards?
All Megaplex Theatres accept and sell Megaplex Gift Cards. You may purchase a Megaplex Theatres Gift Card at all Theatre box offices or online.
How can I check the balance on my gift card?
You may check the balance of your card by going to your local Megaplex theatre, by calling (…), by emailing your request to 1-800-304-4545 or by checking the balance online. To check your gift card balance online, you must follow the following steps:
- Go to www.megaplextheatres.com.
- Click on the button at the top of the screen labeled "Gift Card Center".
- In the white bar on the right of the screen, under “Balance Lookup”, enter in the 16 digit number on the back of your gift card.
- Click on the green "Check Balance" button.
You will now be able to track the balance of your gift card.
How can I purchase tickets online with my gift card?
To purchase tickets online using your gift card, visit www.megaplextheatres.com and choose the theatre you would like, the movie you would like, and then the seats you would like. Next you will be asked to choose the card type you will be using to complete your purchase. Select the MegaCard gift card button and proceed.
Can I purchase tickets and/or concessions items at the kiosk with a gift card?
Yes. Just go to the touch screen kiosk located inside or outside any of our Megaplex Theatre Locations and use it the same way you would a credit card. This is a convenient way to bypass the lines at the box office or concessions stands.
Does a gift card ever expire?
No, however, to cover administrative costs, a $2.00 per month dormant account fee will be deducted from the account balance after 13 months of non-use.
